Tickets were not a dollar each as DD said . they were a buck fifty but only needed one ticket per ride today. and with that being said we both spent 20 on tickets. Water $2.00 and it was 90 and I wore a big black shirt. cause it had pockets.

Bugs me when they charge that much for water... and very few drinking fountains any more. I don't leave the house without refilling my water bottle. Keep it in the car (and then all the rest of them that don't bother drink up all my water!).

I drove all the way to hobby lobby today and it didn't even dawn on me it was Sunday!!! So tomorrow I should head out there and see what their fabric costs.

Look for coupons online or fliers in the paper/mail. Lot of those fabric stores are very overpriced so they can lure you in with sales. Sale prices should be the regular price. Usually there are coupons. Check the fabrics a Walmart too. Decent prices and ours will have sports themed ones. You just have to check back often. Stuff goes fast there.

That is why I keep a cooler in my trunk full of waters and Capri suns when I take the kids. It's outrageous!!

I do that too when I go to a friends house or party as well. You know how many times I show up to a family party and theirs tons of beer but no drinks for kids and there are always so many kids their. They all know I have the not so secret stash now. I wanna yell at the parents but I just keep my mouth shut.
