I am more then ready to be done with the garden for the year and a frost will help sweeten the carrots and not bother the beets. Will gather the pumpkins and squash from the farm on weds. The un-ripened go to the chickens and maybe yaks and also the not so nice ones. The rest get processed with most getting all the sugar and spices added for pumpkin pie and then frozen then all I have to do is add eggs and milk viola' add 1 home made pie crust and enjoy. Squash get baked ,mashed and frozen as well.

Nite twist. Ya'll are flat out nuts . and so loveable. Night Brain.

My power was out for 12 hours. Now Its back on but WOW. You guys sure talked alot. I don't remember a thing though! I am gonna reread them between working and dosing off. Hopfully I stay awake. As you would imagine it was a long night.

My Countdown to Ireland began: 2 weeks! I can't sleep, I havent even BEGAN packing.
