Having pork roast  probably baked in apples and onions.  Not sure what else yet.    Although  a pork roast cooked in homemade sauerkraut and onions is good to.

You just warmed my bones. We got a shower with a little thunder this afternoon. I had to put on long pants! Ming is such a beautiful tiny thing. I read all about her but couldn't catch up to comment. Love the fireplace.No storm for you yesterday? WTH with the 5 and Tehachipi!
