It sounds like we all had chicken on our minds for the weekend. I just pulled a large meat bird from the freezer last night

taking advantage ? LOL

I don't think intentionally, but not all kids are perceptive to all the work required. I love having my family to visit, I just hate feeling that I'm cooking for hours for a very short visit. Then all the dishes that need to be done after they head home. Usually I'm so exhausted from taking care of the babies & not getting sleep from the night before. Its my fault really, I never made a stink over it all these years because I was hoping that she would see it & want to help me.

sauerkraut then fried apples and biskits on the side with some fresh honey. aka bee ship.

no biskits. between squash and mashed taters that's enough starches. I have enough honey around here to choke an ox.

Having pork roast  probably baked in apples and onions.  Not sure what else yet.    Although  a pork roast cooked in homemade sauerkraut and onions is good to. 

Oh yum, pork is one of my favorite meats. Love it cooked in sauerkraut.

Nope, Mutt will take the little ones. i can take the 19 yr old if he is handy with a hammer but if he is like his dad i dont know.....

dont hold your breath because their eyes are already on to the next stop. LOL tell them your teaching baby to help clean up the mess up they leave you with then giggle.
