I have seen coops made from swing sets. I like them.  I bought one like yours red. it was bad and cheep wood. from TSC.   i used it for time outs. It didnt have the run attached either .

We'll I really didn't know what I was doing lol. I put two doors that lay down so we could gather eggs and to doors that we could get in to hang the water and feed. And the ladder that I can pull up when they roost so if a predator was to get in the bottom, he still couldn't get to the top level. My first coop and no drawing. Just built it as I went.

78 is to hot in July for me let alone in Oct. bizarre weather this year.

thats a great idea. the only one i have built is my big one. I was going to do the cabin in cages but changed my mind.
