so I re-sized and re-used an old beat up cattle feeder today for the yaks. They can now reach over the top and eat hay without so much waste. They are much friendlier today. And they all came running over to where I was when they heard the grit being poured into the trough the hens had dug in the annex. So I now know how to get them to come up and say high.
