Yesterday's haul. In my fam everything is an heirloom, nothing is junk, and so the "stuff" goes round and round until it makes its final exit (donation or garage sale). So you're looking at: A quarter of a Flour sack, old sewing patterns, basket, 20-yo bolt of light denim, milk glass cake stand, yellow plate and cake stand (stand has price tag) that match a cake stand I already have, leaf serving tray, red dragon/dog (I let my bro borrow the other), crystal vase, and guinea table cloth from South Africa. I also have two garbage sacks of assorted fabric (mostly seersucker?), five Christmas table cloths (four in packaging) and matching place mats.

So was this from a garage sale or from relatives? I have a mini version of your Fu dog, about 3 inches tall. I used to sew a lot. There are bins of fabric out in the shed.

Family. All free. Bins of fabric?? Open an etsy shop! Or sell it on ebay. I have a serious addiction to fabric.

We're going Tuesday to clean out the home of the great uncle who passed. My aunt has been there a few times already. He had children and 4 ex wives, but no one knows where to find them. His nieces and nephew (my aunts and dad) were the only real fam for him. There are only two sisters left, one in MI with tons of kids, gkids, etc. and one who is a widow with no kids. Her house is in MS and we'll go work in it again soon.

We cleaned out my grabdma's house several years ago, when my grandpa died. I have lots of treasures from there. Good memories, too.

2 more duck eggs to go. Probably a week. They travel in a group when I let them all loose in the kitchen. So cute.

Ducks have their pecking order too. I haven't had any fights and ducks and chickens are all together.
