So a new boiler and all that goes with it I am looking at somewhere from 12,000.00 to 20,000.00 He is still researching and trying to get the price down. I knew it (the old one) wasn't doing so good but was hoping for 1 more year of life and then replace next summer.
 
dang, that is almost as my first house cost.

geez, for half that you could run new gas piping thru the house, and use the old school dearborn heaters. lol

lol not safely. and not the way this place is built. We opened 1 junction box one time with a electrician and there were 11 code violations in the one box.
 
oh that is always a comforting thing to see.

I think he does lots of work up that way, even in the winter time.

yepp so around here I open nothing unless its absolutely necessary also all of my breaker boxes (electric panels) are maxed so can add nothing . This boiler is about 50 years old so it owes me nothing.

My Point of Sale cc machine is fried. New one which should be here thrus or Friday is going to be around 500.00 Being in business for your self aint cheap or for the faint of heart.
