NOPE   its the bones  and I always get them.  NO matter who cleans or where I get it at.   IF there is 1 fish bone in 1000 pounds of fillets  I will get it. 

Twist I can honestly say that out of all the fish that I've cleaned and eaten I've never gotten a single bone.
