I have 18 bags of spinach sitting in the kitchen and some (oh boy) arugula ? Looks like something that would cook w/ spinach. some kale .

i planted arugula just for the chickens they love it

Your stomach... gas? Do you have anything to settle it? ginger anything? Is it in your stomach or in your abdomen? Ascites is a fluid build up in abdominal cavity.

I dont know ? the whole thing is big. a little burning. no gas. almost didnt make it to the bathroom this am. it just swelled with a snap of the fingers.

allergies. patch, wellbutrin, cant chew gum, wont allow those fake ones. bad habit keeps me from doing a lot .
