Tippy, Wishing worked with it too. They get jollies out of it. Power. Just like animal and child and spousal abusers. It's a power trip they get off on. Lots that don't act out become cops, prison guards, security, etc.

DH says living in the south is like living in a third-world country. (He's from Iowa.) When we were in Mississippi he wasn't that far off.

I will get them all spayed and neutered and shots. Some may stay feral. It's a shame. But they will be okay as long as I live here, and when I move I will take them with me. They are my responsibility now.

Well I've had ginger snaps and milk, so I'm going to try for more sleep. DD has her feast tomorrow, hence the mashed potatoes for the world. Friday I'm baking and cooking for the 5k, which is Saturday. Then I can have a day or two to clean up my house, coops, and yard so the chicken sitter doesn't curse my name while we're away for Thanksgiving.
