Red, how is your broody and the chick?

Broody of course still looks bad but she's eating, drinking and pooping. The chick has been eating and drinking on it's own some. I'm just worried about it because it looks like she had a small puncture wound but she's up walking around and her peep is strong. Looks better today then yesterday. I really think she's gonna make it. I hope the broody does too. If she gets to bad I will have to put her down.

Red, it's really hard to raise a chick by itself. They are social creatures and need to be with others. Any chance the broody will accept it? Any movement in the eggs?
