Wish I had yours. I only have 1 1/4 here. In So Cal, that is HUGE! Still, I'm older and crankier. Don't wanna see or hear my neighbors. Don't wanna listen to farking mariachi music bands till 2am! I'd like my 2 horses to be able to eat grass and toodle around a bit. 2.5 would be all I could care for, the rest just pasture and space.
