I can shoot a 22... I tried shooting my hubbies shot gun and it scared the crap out of me... so no, Im not the best shot.

Banana cookies 375F 8 minutes

2 1/4c sifted flour
1 c sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
3/4 tsp salt
2/3 c crisco
2 eggs
1 c mashed ripe bananas
1 tsp vanilla
1 c or 6oz milk chocolate chips
1 tsp cinnamon
3/4 c sugar

In mixer bowl sift flour, sugar, powder, soda & salt. Cut in crisco till fine. Add eggs, bananas & vanilla & beat till blended. Fold in chips.

Drop by spoonful onto greased baking sheet & sprinkle with cinnamon sugar mix. Bake till lightly brown on bottom.
