7 yr. old. baby grabbed it from shelf and mom told him to get it from baby and put it back. he put it in his pocket. he spent the night with me and I seen it. gave him a good talk , told his mom and nothing . so its still sitting here . had it been me I would of took him to the store and told them what he did. I should have it seems. He will probably get it from his dad though.

He won't put his belly on the floor. When I get the treat to the floor, his butt goes up.

you putting him in sit first ? try scooting the treat along the floor for a foot or so . he will have to stay down and reach or gently press on his butt to put it back down. Does he know the sit stay ?

That's too bad, I would have done that too. My gd took a thing of candy when she was about 5 or 6. I marched her right back in the store & made her tell & give back the candy to the cashier in what lane she took it from. They won't learn otherwise

thats right too Lisa, both of my kids did that and thats what I made them do. this is a single roll 6 yards so I dont know if I will take it back or not. maybe if I can catch GS and have him go with me but this is the first time he ever slept away from mom

Sorry granny. When I was five my mom and I were in a store and I thought it would be funny to pull off price tags and hide them in my shirt. When we got back to the car I told my mom to look and I raised my shirt and started laughing. Laughter stop immediately when she jerked me out of the car and tore my tail up. She then explained that it was stealing aNd made me go in and show them what I had done. She told me that they could've put me in jail. I believed it too. I really didn't think at that time it was stealing but I learned real quick if it dont belong to me, don't touch it.

Its probably only 3 or 4 dollars, but its the principle behind it. Glad gs worked up the nerve to stay or was it forced by mom & dad?
