morning wishing.
Good morning back at ya!
Had to go drop a kid off for the carpool ride to school. They start an hour later on Wed, 9am. Son loves it! Better than minimum day that the other schools do. He'd rather have his extra hour sleeping in the morning than doing homework in the afternoon.

YEH I learned how to send pm's with out having to leave this thread , I think,

Granny did you get my pm??
How did you do it??

He just figured out you can hover over someones name and it will pop up...
can someone link me to Mutt ? thats not her full name is it ?

So my son informs me that the girl he has been crushing on at school has asked him if they could work together on the lab write up for their physics class. He promptly invited her here for Saturday. Unfortunately, hubs and I are going to a memorial service for our neighbor who died last week, so there will be no parent home. Am I wrong to tell my very handsome, but socially awkward, son that he has to un-invite her? Am I being a prude? We've never met her. I don't want her father coming after my son with shotgun because he invited her when no parents would be here.

Sounds like it's not a big deal BUT this is the first person my son has asked over since grade school.
