So my son informs me that the girl he has been crushing on at school has asked him if they could work together on the lab write up for their physics class. He promptly invited her here for Saturday. Unfortunately, hubs and I are going to a memorial service for our neighbor who died last week, so there will be no parent home. Am I wrong to tell my very handsome, but socially awkward, son that he has to un-invite her? Am I being a prude? We've never met her. I don't want her father coming after my son with shotgun because he invited her when no parents would be here.
Sounds like it's not a big deal BUT this is the first person my son has asked over since grade school.He's a senior now.

Twist , Bert can y'all think of any reason that campings going to her sisters house to help her with something that requires four hands for.Granny, he does really well with adults, always has, so not that stressful. Parents always like him a lot. He lives by rules! That's why driving is proving stressful. You can't make a rule for every possible situation. He had thought they would work together in the living room. That's where the evil XBox is, which is like his security blankie!
