Hi granny girl, how are you feeling after your rendition of The Nutcracker on ice yesterday? I'm hoping that someone drove you in to see your foot doctor today. The pipes are under the part of the house yhat is heated. The problem is the foundation has large open holes because the land lord thinks there has to be "airflow" to get rid of the moisture under there. So I have to cover the holes with cardboard. But, there is a 4 inch space that runs the entire length of the house on the North side where the sheathing doesn't meet the foundation that I cant cover. Have I mentioned I have a slum land lord?????

Well we need to pray you get better digs.

At least if the pipes burst they'll be his problem.

My DD and hers just moved in. They had a crap landlord too. Lets hope the new one is better.

Course their new place comes with built in Grampa and Gramma.

If you have some snow I'd pile it up over the cardboard. Here in NY we have renters rights. I would still put some "Stuff" in the space where the sheathing doesn't meet the house or at least some newspaper or other insulation.

hi guys, you crack me up. lol I am in pain but it is my shoulder. from being pulled up i guess. the rest of it i can manage ok. foot is still purple but its ok. missed out on picking up the chicks again and another storm is coming through tonight. person says no worries. the wafers came today. thats what woke me up from a 4 hr. nap. dogs raising Cain. no one answered the door. they left them anyway. I think I am going to get someone else to install them. maybe it will work this time.

I have sublecting shoulders so yes, it is out. it will slip back in time. What my father used to tell me,"Its just a little skin, it will heal". I had the coolest dad in the world, Gay as the day was long. of course he didnt realize it til after he had 6 kids but hey, better late then never right? he was also a drunk. I was one of the luckier ones with a step-father that only drank some and used switches. thats why when i was younger i was as strong as a horse and only dated short men. hahaaa

another snow storm or whatever you call them. enough to where nothing is getting done again today. frankly I cant think with the activity swirling around me. guess i am a one at a time person. LOL dog wont even go out this morning. her belly cant plow the snow. kids dont have decent winter coats coming from ND. much less gloves , ect... summer pants. so they are not doing any outside playing. mommy says they need to get their energy out. I say they need to learn how to behave . seramas still in house they are learning from the children that if they want to be heard they have to get louder . and boy are they loud for such little ones.
