Man my hubs never wants to come shopping with me!

(Yet he always wants me to come with him to the auto parts stores and stuff...men!)

Morning all. Happy Sunday fun day.

it's not all men.......

besides, my wife loves going with me to the lumber yard, or the feed store.......

morning again. I hate shopping unless it is the lumber yard or feed store. I know them by heart now need a new one to explore !

I'm back in. It is HOT. Got three bags of shavings in the run, fresh hay in the coop and loft. I topped off the juvie feeder, but I need to go back out and fill the layer, then I won't have to worry about it in the rain. This is a test of the "weatherproofing" I did yesterday. I rearranged the tin on the run, and since it's old and warped I'm afraid that instead of running off it's just going to pour in the middle of the run. :/

I can't see that selling three made any real difference in the coop crowding. I may have to advertise a few more. The guy who came yesterday morning called in the evening and just raved about how much he loved them, and said if I have any more after the first of the year that he'll come back for them. So if I can wait, then they'll get a really great home.

Mornin' all! Can my coffee brew any faster?
Playing with possum today and clipped his nail on a loose blanket thread, Don't ask me how he did. Any way, now there is blood on my shirt along with my bathroom floor and my bed. THANKS POSSUM, your doing great. Off to go do horsey things, have a wonderful Sunday!

That's great camping. Any time I get new birds that I love, I call or text the people that sold them to me too. The sellers need to know how much they are appropriated for having such wonderful chickens. Sounds like you do a great job.
