I had to have it done.i had a tumor the size of a melon on my right ovary.there was cancer on the outside of it,they called it borderline cancer and removing it was the cure. God was with me it didn't spread anywhere.I have nothing left, they took everything and my lymph nodes that were close there. But i'm fine now.
God Bless you sister... God bless.

I had 8 surgeries before 40, brain surgery after 40. Have sworn I will never go under the knife again.

Brain surgery...????
Yep in 2006. Doc had to open up my skull in the back, bust out the C-1 vertebrea to create a new pocket for my brain stem because I was born with my brain stem hanging part of the way out of my skull. It was being pinched between the skull & spinal colume. The surgeon went into my thigh & harvested the tough material(can't remember what its called) that covers the thigh muscle to make a new brain stem pocket & skull covering. Plus he capped off my spinal cord. Took quiet a while to regulate the spinal fluid loss & getting used to the spinal cord being capped. The most horrid spinal headaches, even worse than the miserable migraines I had prior to the surgery. I never want to ever feel that kind of pain again. The bad thing was having to heal 2 areas at the same time.

That sounds horrible Lisa. Glad they took care of it though.
