It's a cheating casserole
Bought sausages, chopped onion, mushroom and red pepper. Brown the sausages and put in a dish add onion, mushroom and pepper. Mix casserole sauce with water and pour over. Packet sauce I'm afraid!! Put lid on and cook in oven for an hour.
