Red, When I started this thread I didnt have a clue. I truly thought I was just talking to myself and I have the devil may care attitude if people thought me nuts. It was a way for me to remember . nothing else. LOL I NEVER expected to find such awesome friends. I actually thought bad things about a chicken forum . Like people just go over board with them and whats wrong with some that put diapers on them and make them house pets ? It didnt take me long to realize these are the people that know how to love and care . Right down to the smallest creature. My people..
I came here searching for help with my hen. After several people came to my rescue, I realized that this could be a lot of help for me being new to chickens. After I was on I guess about a week going through threads learning this, I kelp noticing granny gone and done it thread kelp popping up. That's when I finally decided, hey, this must be a excellent thread to lean a lot on. And the name just got my attention. After reading your very first post, I was hooked. After reading several more, I realized that all of y'all we're nuts! That's when I knew that I had found my home. After finally catching up, several weeks later, I popped in to say hi. I know this is going to should stupid but when you said hi and we stared chatting on the thread, I thought omg, granny talked to me. Felt like us talked to a celebrity lol. Then all the rest of the coop started chatting with me too. Boy I felt like I had finally hit the big time. I know that was silly but I had been reading about each and everyone of you and I was just caught up in all of your lives. Now you'll feel like family to me. I'd help any of y'all with anything if I can. What a wonderful bunch of friends. I couldn't ask for any better. Even you twist

NOT ME, she has to wait till the new year for her painting when my house clears out, but its gonna happen, already have it printed out hanging on the fridge so I do it in just time.
