When you move, I guess Pops is going with you? How does he feel about that?
I can hardly walk through the yard when the hens are out. I look like a pied piper!

We are getting some rain this week. Kind of on the southern edge of the storm for northern California.
A big relief was the arrival of my senior's report card for last semester. He wasn't doing so hot in a couple of classes, but managed to do alright and got a 3.7 gpa. I didn't realize how much I'd been worried about this. Now when he gets his driver's license

he gets the good student discount on our insurance and he will be able to get a scholarship to our local junior college for next year. I'll still need to go back to work next fall, but there will be less pressure. Kids get more expensive as they get older!

I'm 600 posts behind Wishing, so this may land smack in the middle of some pillow talk!

I won't move unless Pops is excited about coming with us. That may delay the move. He's so worried about being a burden. I'm careful to just say whadda you think about moving X. If he's not on board, we'll stay here until he's gone. I hate Ca, but would hate it worse to not have him with me. He is having hip replacement on Mon.

That's crazy good about your son and his grades! 3.7 is hard to do! Especially with seinoritis! you must be so stinking proud!
LOL Pied Piper. I like it when my chickens misbehave. I fuss, but they are so danged funny! Pops gets so tickled that they follow his cart. He fusses and calls them names, but he loves it. What are you going to do for work? Not back to Juvey right?
