I was sick all day  yesterday.so dizzy i couldn't walk and nausea.my daughter was over she gathered eggs and DH cleaned up the poop.thats the first time i haven't done it myself.the hens were afraid of DD.i think it was my ears and sinus causing it.I stayed in bed all day except when nature called,then had to hang on to the wall.I am ok today.

Ohhh no.. But continue to take it easy today.. You don't want the sickness to rebound.

takes me about 3 minutes for shower and teeth brushing. maybe less, if I brush teeth in shower.
