Also lindalou keep in mind the larger the breed generally the shorter the life span. How about a border collie very smart dogs. also mastiff and all of you in 800 sq feet OMG you think it's crowded now.

Not sure what mine was breed for except to please. she is a suck up. listens very well. I have heard they are one person dogs but havent found that to be true.

Pits have a 14 year life span... oly just has health issues..... I will research some more.
