how many lbs. of sausage did you end up with ? did you do yours or every ones ?

we did 100 lbs of country style split between 3 of us got about 15 lbs of the liver-wurst all MINE Ok Gene is getting 4 sticks. and I have enough liver cooked, and ground in the freezer to make another 10 lbs latter.

Yep she died not to long ago. We figured each pig, was about 225 to 250 after gutting and skinning. Out of the 4 we did maybe 50 lbs of stuff for the chickens. Everything else was processed. The salt pok-corned pork is brining in the garage in a 10 gal crock should be ready in about 5 weeks.
