Ol mare made me a "worry pillow" supposed to be a heat/cool pack . Those little seeds she used inside (flax?) They are almost like bubble wrap.

I have heard of buckwheat pillows also they were all the rage a few years back complete with infomercials.

have you ever used flax ? Its smaller then rice . Its just about 4x6in. or some where in there . Oh, you seen the picture I wish I did have a big pillow like that.

that is a lot of flax not sure how you would get it in a microwave. I have eaten it mixed with steel cut oatmeal 2 bags the rest went to the chickens. Not sure if it was the flax or the oats but
