I don't have the papa of these guys any more. I kept one of the cockerels and the other 2 got new homes along with the old rooster. It was a noise issue with a freaking out neighbor. So my current only rooster may be breeding with half or full sisters, and a few hens that would be completely unrelated. Worry about the little ones being inbred.

That being said, the 4 eggs from today are still in the nest, under the most determined of the broodys.

omg so my dream means I'm pregnant! I knew it. Been carry this baby around for years now. Wonder when it'll hatch? Now the real problem. Its been so many years that I've been eating for two, how do I know who the baby mama is? Time for Springer or Maury I guess.

I never stay home in snow and ice. I run everyone to work and back. Give me an excuse to get out in it and no one else will drive in it.

The wind is now blowing all the snow that was shoveled back to where it started. It is piled up higher than the Cruiser. I have heard we got 30-34" but it's less in some places and way more in others depending g on the windbreaks. This is the powdery stuff that you shovel and when you go to dump it off, it just blows back into your face. Shovel your way to the mailbox and when you turn to go back you can't tell you walked there. It weighs nothing and is no good for making snowmen. It would be like trying to make a huge pile of sugar. lol
