Put him with a hen that lays white eggs and you would have a better chance at blue. tan or cream colored hen will be more chance at green but like she said , the roo has to carry the right gene first.
confuses me too. I definitely want green too.I have no idea how that colored egg business works. It confuses the h3LL out of me. All I know is I've never had a ee roo, but my ee hens that I have mated with my roosters around here have ended up having offsprings that layed green eggs.

Let him know we're sending prayersMy friend Matt had colitis, and they was so much necrotic bowel he went septic and they had to do a colostomy that was about 3 years ago anyway the family got what ever intestinal bug that was going around Matt got so dehydrated they hospitalized him and they wound up taking his gall bladder , I been working his certified organic farm ( there's a lot more work than I thought) and mine I just been really busy as soon as he can get back on his feet I'll be back more regular sorry didn't mean to worry, y'all be blessed
Yippee SkippyKinnick (dog victim) update: they let him sleep in the run last night instead of in the tractor by himself.I saw him mount an EE hen but the guineas ran him off. The hen was squatting and receptive, though. Maybe fertile green eggs by the EHAL??
