Henry cat was not in the house when we got up this morning.

He must have escaped when hubs was bringing stuff in after his visit with his mom and had been out all night. Bad cat! We found him... in the neighbor's 100 ft Giant Sequoia tree!!! Lucky for us, Henry is fat and lazy, and was on the lowest branch, only about 25 ft. up. We snuck into the neighbor's yard (they are out of town) and hubs rescued Henry, with much grunting and moaning. An uncooperative 14 lb cat is tough to deal with when you're also trying to hang onto a tall ladder!! Dopey cat! Henry is keeping a low profile today.

   I slept most the day away.. Maybe that will be the turning point for me getting better ..
LoKo, Not sure on your chicks , maybe mixed but sure look silkie to me. No extra toes ?
Mellon, Love the drawing .
Wishing, not Johnny.
Camping, you sure DH intended for them to sleep there and they are not taking advantage ? Soo not safe.  I cant see Tom sending his buddies to come spend the night with me. It just wouldnt happen. And if they are bold enough to turn your tv without asking I would take that as a warning signal.  I worry too much .
Lisa, best place you been all day ?
Granny, you really need to try placing the hot/cold pack that Mare made for you in the Microwave for a min. Make sure to mix it up after pulling it out of the microwave. If it is not too hot place it on the back of your neck for 10 mins. Then put a cold pack on for 10 mins. You can do that all day. 20 minutes on, 20 minutes off.

Granny was it the guy here in MI that I asked you about the picture of the kind of bird your looking for?

this guy lived about 40 min. from me.
Shoot, I was hoping it was the guy I asked you about. Have you went to chicken breeds on here & looked to see if he may have posted about them on the Chicken Breed forum. You might recognize his name just by seeing it.

Awww he a handsome kitty. Reminds me of one I use to have.

Just tired Red, love the grandkids, but boy are they hard on my back & energy level :gig
I'm so glad I had my son when I was young. No way could I keep up with little ones now. I feel sad that pearls kids got me now in the shape I'm in. I'd love to be able to ply football with them. I do pass the ball to them some. And hunting I take a comfortable chair. I do what I can but wish I could do more. They've really never had a father in their lives.
Red, I'm sure they love whatever you can show or teach them. Kids just want someone to love them & pay attention to them. That's special you do that with them :hugs
