Just looked up bootjack California attimus lives at the corner of 40th and plum ,40 miles outta town and plum out in the country

I sure do live in the sticks, And I can see Yosemite from my back yard

I'll have plenty of food to post

First ones were a little big and still somewhat chewy in the middle, second batch a bit smaller.
Here's something from work.

Roasted pork belly, pan seared spaetzle and collards, red onion and apple compote.
Just scratching the surface.

All I can say is yum

@granny hatchet recipe is super easy, 5 1/2 cups coconut. 2/3 cup flour. 1 tsp salt. 2 tsp vanilla. 1 14oz can sweetened condensed milk.
Mix by hand until all moist and form small ball, I used a table spoon to form the second batch. 12 to 15 depending on elevation @ 375°
