It was the first picture and in her description of a golf ball sized thing hanging out of hen's rear. Poor bird.


I have a hen trying to die. She's been slowing down for some time, but really started going downhill this weekend. Still eating and drinking, but her comb and wattles have lost all their color. Sunday night, she quit roosting, so I put a cardboard nest box on the floor for her and she seemed content with that. This morning I had to get her out of the box and she drank quite a bit, but she's not hanging with the others at all any more. At least the weather has been nice. 75 yesterday, and 71 today, so she has been comfortable that way.

Poor guy, I'm wondering with him not having a headache before getting on the computer. If his eyesight hasnt changed drastically recently. The stress to the eyes from looking at the screen caused the headache?? I know when my eyes crossed over that's how mine went, a very drastic change.

I am walking with a slight limp. I got rid of the cane Sunday and as long as I keep it on the flat and level with my brace I am OK. Still swollen and technicolor, but getting better. Hopefully I will not ruin that here in a few minutes.

come on you guys, I found it funny and I knew you didnt mean any ill will to the bird. You were teasing LoKo. and LoKo , although I dont know who you were talking to but I find that funny as well. Its good to tease when people dont feel good. I know it makes me feel better.
