if you mean sober , yes I am some pain not like this morning though. Tom made me some toast.

Any progress forward is better than being in the pain you were this morning. Hope you kept the toast down! That was nice of him. I've just finished in the torture chamber and everyone is fed. Just the dishwasher to load and turn on now. Charlie had his mate round so he actually ate his food without moaning that he didn't like it.

Just tell her you will be happy to bring their sick selves into her office if that is what she prefers! Maybe they can borrower her phone while they are there!

The horrible woman, you can't help kids been sick. Not had it with a receptionist but school once called to say Charlie was feeling poorly. She wanted me to take him some medication in and him stay there. As soon as I saw him I knew he was sick and she started trying to guilt us into him saying there saying it would affect his attendance and what not. I felt guilty but still took him home. He was in bed for an hour then started throwing up everywhere and I mean everywhere!! I thought yes you old bag at school if I'd left him she would have to have been cleaning it all up That would have taught her!!

I would wait and see and if it's really bad then take another. Spacing the doses out is best and only take when you really need it

Benny, that sounds delicious . Love mushroom soup . never had any except for canned . Too much work for me though. LOL Hate cooking.

Morning everyone , Horrid start to the day. woke up after 4 hrs. sleep in bad pain then started puking. Took pain pill and sons nausea pill 5 min. later puked that up. body jerking . Managed to make it to Tom and wake him up. He helped me get dressed and cleaned up, brushed my hair for me, ect... I was going to head to the hospital and he said I cant drive you so I thought, How will I get home ? I called catch a ride and that was a no.. About that time I discovered I didnt lose the pills after all and I guess the combo of the 2 of them together is pretty strong cause right now I just aint feeling much pain !

Glad the pills worked to give you a little relief. Barfing is also on the list of "when to seek medical attention" along with the neck pain. Maybe you can work something out with SIL. See what the dr. says, but with your symptoms, there isn't much he can do. Sounds like you might need a big work up.

nurse said Im not stoned , the combo of those 2 make you sleepy . hahaaa A lot she knows !!

Don't you love being the exception to the rule? I had bronchitis (in my 20s) and the doc gave me some cough medicine with codeine, said it will calm the cough and put me to sleep. No. Didn't do a thing. I coughed non stop for 2 more days until the antibiotics kicked in.

So kind of like that medicine doctors give you when you are in labor. A short lived I don't care about anything, I'm gonna giggle.

They gave me shot of morphine, since I had been awake over 24 hrs, and labor was just beginning. I still felt everything, just didn't care.

A lot of people treat children like they are second class citizens . Like, oh their young , they will get over it or they can take it. I truly hate that mentality . they have every right an adult does and then some more.
