I was off on face book looking for polish . LOL The person I bought my silver laced hen from has 2 roos for sale $12.00 each . I asked about a hen and he offered a hen for $20; IF Both rooster were bought too. so $44.00 for one hen and 2 use

No, but I brine and hard smoke. I don't know how to cold smoke.
