Talking to myself.
@Sally Sunshine , you said to tag you so here goes. I did research these things but was not satisfied with the answers.

#1 will my duck throw the baby chickens she is sitting on in the water ? Should I pull them when/if they hatch and because she swims will they have a better chance at splay leg from too much humidity ?

#2. I found an egg upside down in the bator. everything (air cell) is where it belongs so I just flipped it back right. It must of been like that since day 7 -12. Do I need to look out for anything ?

#3 Pullet egg, polish with blood and a sharp point . 4 eggs today !! can it be incubated ? And is there a chance of putting these eggs in now or wait the 9 more days (hopefully) for these others to hatch ? will the drown at day 7-10 .?

We are stuck inside with the winter monsoons so we are baking today and, tomorrow ill post photo's provided they look good lol

Me too papa- cooking all day. Chicken & vege soup, chicken & dressing, cake, southern peas from garden(freezer), cornbread, rice. Won t cook tomorrow. Hoping to finish clearing the garden now that dh finally got kuckle burs mowed down. Hope we don t have too bad a storms this evening. It s stopped raining now.

Y'all think glass is more permeable than the cooler wall? Humidity has gone up four points just from taking off the insert. I leave it in because the glass bleeds heat and the tstat has to work harder.

No rocking of rolling. It's getting to be a challenge to stay hands off.

Granny, I incu'd the first 9 eggs I got, bloody first and all. Y'all told me it wouldn't hurt. So now I'm remind you. ;) :hugs
