I tried googling it and there was a lot of conflicting info. I think two weeks is a safe bet.

You're not a junkie. I didn't want to take the pain pills after my first c section. My OB said it was fine, then said "you can't heal if you hurt." That's always stuck with me. Just take a few more, give your back time to relax so you won't always be in so much pain. Just fix what you can.
