About 15 years ago I was bitten twice by a brown recluse, once on either side of my back. It weeks before we realized it. I was pretty sick, but still went to school. It had started eating my skin but not too bad. I got a couple of shots and took some antibiotics. The scars aren't really visible, but the nerves are dead on the surface so I run across them sometimes.

Saw you post last night on the black Widow, so glad that it didn't bite Bubba

Sure fire cure for egg eaters - roll away nests and/or a hatchet......

But, a lot of times the egg shell had a problem that allowed it to break.

Update on David, he has been diagnosed with Swine Flu - H1N1 strain. They have changed his treatments, x-rays show small improvements in his lungs. He is still in a medically induced coma. His Dr. is telling Joyce he is very optimistic about David's recovery.

So glad they figured out what was making him so sick. Continued prayers that with a new treatment plan that he will be up & about real soon enola

My mom got bit on her nose but thought she had a pimple... She finally went in when it just kept growing and growing. The poison was rotting her skin. They had to cut a chunk out to stop it from spreading.
