the cornish cross is the one that just lays there and eats right ? I am already tasting that fried chicken. Been wanting some for a long time . Mom fried it in the electric skillit and pored alfredo sauce over it when it was done. I dont know how it was breaded .

Yep!! They are meat birds. She should taste yummy. I have an easy breazy alfredo sauce when you get to that point.
