grannys gone and done it

Hi Twist! No baby yaks yet?? When I took my dogs to get their shots updated before moving, the vet wanted to give them a complete physical before giving them any shots. He couldn't understand why I didn't want them to have a physical........ As it was, cleaning their glands and a round of shots for two gogs was almost $150. I almost shiiiit myself. I would have been bankrupt if they had gotten physicals too.




We had another warm day today. Ryan and I worked on the backyard again. Wow? I am really missing being in the country........ We planted some seeds. Chives and basil and something else I can't remember! He is fascinated with the seedlings that came up. We are going to plant marigolds this weekend.

good news on the 5 chicks so far granny  sounds like you new grannybator is working well.

What's your humidity running at granny, CRS, but I know too high or too low of humidity can cause sticky chicks.

I don't think the girls were with Porter until last July so the soonest would be middle of march This will be Enola's first calf and Horny Granny's second if she "caught"

that's good perches are hard to hold on to and not fall off when sleeping  unless you have really long toenails.

Well that's a start Twist. Hopefully you can eventually get the others tamed down as well. Really sorry to hear about Roberts foot. That ole sugar is nasty business if not watched closely.
