Linda, I get that all the time and I eat it. when an egg passes through the reproductive track sometimes it will pick up little pieces of stuff. its nothing that will harm you. grosses some people out. a blood vessel can break too and get a spot of blood. still safe to eat. pretty common. The reason you dont see it in the store bought eggs is the same reason they sell white eggs. easy to candle and toss them. It "might" be called a meat egg.

true but it's easier to let yourself go a little after you have caught your S.O.    and to fat I won't be able to out run the yaks.   That

You got that covered with Robert, he sure isn't going to outrun you, lol. I agree that we can't just completely let ourselves go, but I'm totally over the dieting days & going to the gym. I work very physical stuff & if the weight isn't coming off doing that, then I say screw it :gig
