Just stole this from the learning centre ~

Sticky" chicks - chicks smeared with albumen

- Low incubation temperature.
- High incubation humidity.
- Incorrect or inadequate turning of the eggs, resulting in improper membrane development and function.
- Eggs stored too long prior to setting.
- Overly large eggs.

High during incubation (day 1 - 18) With you saying the air cells were small that indicates not enough moisture being lost from the egg. So humidity is high, maybe hygrometer not reading right. You still needed to put it up for lockdown.

well I think I have done everything right then. I was going by cells and not readings . it said 30% . it was almost a dry hatch. very small amount of water . So now that it says 66 I would assume its 70-80 % . Is that too high ? Theres no condensation on the glass so Im just going by guesses at this point.

No it's not too high that's fine for hatch. No condensation is good :D
