I think I'm getting what you are meaning granny, mine only turn from side to side. The incubator tilts forward and then tilts back. I can see why you want to leave then in the middle too. All getting the same heat then and in between your readings.

YES. Spinning slightly. not more then a quarter turn in the same direction each time. Because I think my turner sucks. I went for all those wire baskets at the junk store and should of just bought a roll. its $25. for the smallest roll here. But gonna need it anyway cause this isnt working out. I put loud chick in my hand and it shutup . so it wants to be hovered . I gave it a tunnel and a swiffer duster replacement head.
