So it turned out hubs didn't order enough netting for the girls' pasture to get netted in. D'oh! Second Amazon order placed...(good thing he's still got the prime. Yay two day shipping!)

In other news I spent a bunch of time playing in the dirt.

Sparkles of course was helping. She got some nice huge worms out of the deal lol.
And then when hubs came home he went around bug hunting with them. My goodness she's such a little piggy.

  I felt your pain!!!    I decided to ignore the idiots that banter and fight over what should be with this breed. 

I could go on about how "breed standards" end up destroying the lines....look at the American line German shepherds now and all the problems with hip dyslexia and such since the breed standard seems to cater to the slopey bum. Sigh.

Course the hardcore breeder people would have an apolexy with my flock. They're all feed store specials, and honestly they all do just fine.

Will and me had a chance to use the new Weber today just hot dogs and hamburgers but it was great even managed some homemade chili and coleslaw house still smells of grilled food y'all be blessed

67* now headed to 77* today. Enough rain to make mud puddles so its enough to germinate the seeds. Next things to plant are beets carrots & potatoes on 3/30.

Mornings ! wow, If I had some dirt like that i would go play in it too ! Is it store bought and what is the one single plant in your garden ? the pot is pretty allisium is my favorite for smell and hardiness and mexican heather ? I think I seen my tree in bloom this am trying to remember the name of it. something cherry but is actually a dogwood with very tiny yellow blooms. but they cluster.
