Red, Im not trying to be negative I know how it sounds. I just worry for you. I know how I feel when I have a bad hatch and I have been having my share of them .

I know granny. I hope you have a good hatch this time. You're due for one. I always think the worst so that if good things happen it is great. I can't lie though, it still hurts no matter how much I think I'm prepared.

That's the truth. I've never had a lot of confidence myself. Although the stubbornness makes up for it lol.

Morning enola, Frankly, if it happens again, she wont be welcome in my house. I pray she stays clean. I know that was the drugs talking but now she is clean and if she takes one then it is a choice she made of her own free will.

Red, out of sight out of mind ? you will need to find something else to keep your mind off it. I will tell you, Nothing worse then waiting all that time to have a bad hatch.  Please prepare yourself for the worst and we will hope for the best.  NO Depression if it falls through.

My weather guineas are telling me that the weather is coming again. I did let the chickens out, but not the goatlings. I'm afraid they'll stand in the rain and get chilled.


I gotta get this house cleaned up today. I can't leave like this.

the guineas ? how do they act ? I had one that would brave the storm. the rest went in for shelter. It would get on the roof and lean into it.

They just act agitated. More annoying than usual.

X2 you look a lot like my dad's side of the family . it funny. Before I saw a picture of you our personalities seemed a lot alike. Then I saw the pic and was amazed at how much you looked like a Deese. It really wouldn't surprise me to find out that we were.
