lady I met was going to teach me how to make dandelion jelly come spring. I went back when they were blooming and she had died and a new woman was there already.

That's so tragic!! I had dandelion win once. I can't remember if I liked it or not. Katniss ate lots of dandelion in the hunger games.

Me too, I"m a boring salad person - lettuce, a little ham, cheese, croutons and 1000 Island dressing (sidenote, why is it 1000 Island is becoming so hard to find in restaurants, etc?)

Hi everyone, first off I would like to apologize to everyone for my outburst yesterday. Its been a tough couple of weeks here & with the death of my close friend on Tue it put me on emotion over load. It doesn't excuse my poor behavior though. I am truly sorry for that. I know my post yesterday looked more like I was angry at granny for posting I was on everyday. I just want to clarify something, sometimes when I come, it is just to read. Maybe I'm having a low day or just tired & not feeling like posting then that's all I will do. I grew up with a VERY controlling father, so you can say that I'm lightly bothered by someone posting about my comings & goings. Makes me wonder how many others are bothered by that. I suspect that probably some shy readers might be intimidated by being called out. Please forgive me for my unkind words yesterday, especially you granny, it was very uncalled for. I've got my head on straight today & have put this thread in perspective. Love you all & many

I think you can change your profile so it will not show when you were on last. At least I have seen profiles like that, so maybe you'd be more comfortable without giving that info out. When I was living in Waterloo SC, I had house mates that paid the monthly bills. One of the girls walked from her room to the bathroom regularly, nekked as a J-bird. One of the other girls complained that she shouldn't have to see that all the time. I told her all she had to do was not look down, God gave us eyes for people to look into....... But, it wasn't long before all four of us females were nude most of the time.....
