I have a whole basket of polish eggs sitting on my counter..      I need to figure out what I am doing wrong with the humidity though.

Morning all. I pray that hatching goes as smooth as it has so far the whole time. Thank God for you all and my friend for being there to coach me through it. Don't know what I'd do without y'all. Its funny. I still hurt but hatching has helped keep my mind off of it and I haven't been depressed since I've set eggs. Its like a weight has been lifted. I'm now able to contribute by raising us birds to eat and maybe sell a few for a little extra money. I feel so good about that. I know that it May seem minor to a lot of folks but it's huge to me. I haven't felt this good since February 5th of 2013. That was the last day that I worked. But now I feel like I'm needed again. Life is good.

guess I will eat about anything. I have had it with breakfast sausage and chestnuts , shrooms, and garlic all together.

Two recipes for meat pies, plus a bonus for oven fried chicken. Daisy is my grandma. Annie was her oldest brother's wife. (Daisy was the youngest of 8 or 9). Eurcle is my grandpa's sister.

they have something like that up hear only they are deep fried and I think the meat is raw before cooking. Called Fleishkieckle (sp) german/Russian/Ukraine
