Day 5. I am much better now. I can eat now without throwing up. My selection of food is stuck on bland food. Anything fried gags me when I smell it. Just feel kind of tired.

Getting old is not for the faint of heart......

I worked yesterday and today. I have a good supervisor, he let me take it easy. I have tomorrow and Wednesday off. I can eat and lay around and let the GS take care of me.

That sounds like a good plan. Glad you have a good supervisor that's understands. I always cut people slack when they were trying to work sick. Luckily I had a good supervisor too. I worked alot sick. Only time I was out was when I just couldn't get out of bed. Usually ended up hospitalized.
