I have often wondered about that. I see the amish here with not big horses pulling their wagons or what ever they are called with 15 people in them and all I can think is poor horse.

Harry has never had more than 11 stone on his back so if the other half got on at 20 plus he would be hitting the deck and Harry running off into the sunset. The other half takes it well and jokes about a cart horse. Maybe one day I will find one to borrow and shock him with a riding lesson

I've seen them on the telly with their wagon/cart things. I wouldn't make my horse pull that much but it's different from riding with the harnesses that they have. Their horses look like they don't have enough meat on them to me :/
