I have to prop the door of the serama coop halfway open to keep out the big hens. It's funny watching them try to get through. Couple of them might be able to make it, but they'd have to do a belly flop. Not enough room for the leg to step through.

The youngest brother finally got back Saturday evening after beingout at sea for 68 days straight.  BUT he got paid for 84 hours a week.   Then now have a realitor in myrtle beach and are looking.    He wants to rent first  and just figure out the area first which is good but they have  2 dogs and are both smokers not sure how hard that will make it

Megan looked for almost 8 months before she could find a house for 3 dogs, a cat and a child, with a yard. We paid a deposit up front for the dogs. No monthly deposit for the dogs.

do you let your seramas free range ? did you see the little roo of mine ?

I do. The dogs don't mess with them and keep out predators, so it's been good so far. Fox got one of my bantam Cochins last year

, but that's been the only predator death so far. They love roaming around. They stay mostly under the trees.

Great pictures!!! :lau Are they after the chicken food or just being obnoxious?
They want the feed, which is potentially fatal for them. There's no set amount that is "too much" but everyone says don't let it happen, so I'm leaving them in the barn for now. I think if I take the ramp off that maybe they won't be able to get enough leverage to pull themselves through.

I was getting ready to take some more pictures and I "exhausted the battery". LOL I dont know how long it will take to charge. I hope they erase this time when I load them and the old ones dont double load.

It should take about an hour to charge. Maybe longer if you plug into the computer. If they double load onto your computer, you can highlight and delete the duplicates. You can press control while clicking to highlight more than one or click and drag the mouse to highlight what you want. I will look up to see if there is a way to delete all on the camera.
