Tomatoes are nightshade family. Cats are probably better off eating crayons than tomato leaves. Give them some leftover cooked green veggies- frozen green beans or broccoli. Good for them!

The mockingbirds have arrived. They are putting on quite a concert!




And yes, I did say you'd forget them, because it's what I would do! How many times have I walked into #2's room to see the wilted tomato plants I put in his window?

Love the mocking birds ! There is one that looks for Binks every yr. just to torment him. That cat will run from it. dive bombs his head for about 3 weeks. hahahaa I never tried giving them fresh veggies. Shame on me ! I will get them some. Is your tomato planted now or did it die. I have at least a week to go I imagine thse will die before they get planted.
